Shipping Policy – Lumiere Voodoo
Order Processing
All Lumiere Voodoo products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may increase during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times begin after production is completed.
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. Promotional free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and shipping locations.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lumiere Voodoo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lumiere Voodoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
International Shipping and Customs
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not controlled by Lumiere Voodoo and must be paid by the customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started. Customers must contact us within 12 hours of placing an order if they need to request changes.
Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lumiere Voodoo is not responsible for such delays.
